Pinot Noir is well suited to the cool climate of the Great Southern. This Pinot Noir fruit comes from the 3drops' Patterson's vineyard which was planted in 1982. Pinot Noir is at its best with a long cool ripening period and the South facing slope at our Patterson’s vineyard, enhances what we can achieve with cool climate viticulture.

3 Drops 2018 Pinot Noir has fresh aromas of strawberries balanced with subtle French oak. The palate is silky in texture with luscious strawberry characters, savoury Pinot complexity and integrated with a fine tannin structure. 3 Drops 2018 Pinot Noir is ready to drink now, but can also be cellared for 8-10 years for it to develop those additional earthy Pinot characters.
