A single vineyard Chardonnay from the Campania vineyard established in 1985.
Matchstick, ginger biscuits, lime and white peach, kiss of vanilla oak, and white flowers. It’s cool, refined, distinctly pure and minerally, not a huge amount of flavour, though what’s there is very appealing. Fine flinty texture, oatmeal and slightly toasty savoury things on a long lemon water-coloured finish. Beautiful thing. Diaphanous. High appeal on the glass to glass measure, but also delight in refinement and style.

Light, bright yellow colour, with a rich, complex, barrel-ferment bouquet which showcases very attractive oak. Toasted cashews, some roasted hazelnuts starting up. Lots to like here. The palate is also rich and intense, flavoursome and layered, with great depth and interest. A full-throttle chardonnay that treads the line between refinement and generosity.10 APR 2020
94 points Huon Hooke therealreview.comNow isn't this a funky number. It's flinty and fabulous. A balanced combo of stone fruit, citrus, kaffir lime with oak spices and a fluffy cream curd. So moreish, savoury and while flavoursome, it is ethereal with a gossamer thread of acidity linking it all. Wow.
