Fruit from a single vineyard in the tamar valley (undisclosed). Fermented with 25% whole bunches with the balance whole berry for 19 days. Pressed to and matured in oak for ten months (30% new). Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Bright and juicy with just like the Tamar should be. The whole bunch component lifts the structure to support the irrepressible fruit.
