Nose: Subtle and elegant, wild strawberry and citrus fruit aromas
Palate: Clean, fresh attack, nice smoothness and pomelo and mango notes
Accompaniment: Best drunk as an aperitif or with Provençal dishes, fish or grilled meats
Light to medium salmon-pink colour, with a a rather elusive, savoury, straight forward bouquet, which translates into the mouth where it has more intensity and good length.
The finish is clean and dry and savoury, the wine satisfying and high on drinkability. A rosé I would like to drink.
