The colour is lightly copper-tinged, ramato-like, and the bouquet is very floral and talcum-powdery, with some pinot gris-like spice perfume and the palate is soft and rounded, with some textural oiliness and gentle mouth-feel. Hints of dried banana. The palate is very dry and the dryness is accentuated by strong phenolics, which also impart a certain bitterness. It demands food. Long, resonant aftertaste.
