McLaren Vale blend of shiraz 51% and Grenache. Blewitt Springs in fact.It’s a bit exotic. It tastes keenly of orange rind and even of orange juice and when you then add florals, choc and malt-like characters the effect is pretty seductive. There’s bright redcurrant-driven fruit and tannin-dusted-with-cocoa, fine-grained. Juicy is the word. More-ish.
