Classic fine and even-keeled Grampians Shiraz. It’s spicy, all dark cherry, blueberry, licorice, a little pepper steak and dried flowers. Medium-bodied, fresh, supple, fine dense tannin, a bit of the old graphite here, firm but ripe acidity, and a long cool spicy finish. It’s a beautiful wine.
