A Chardonnay (64%) and Pinot Noir (36%) blend Barringwood Classic Cuvee was crafted using the Méthode Traditionelle process, including 15 months on yeast lees. And a partial (60%) malolactic fermentation.
Salmon blush. Aromas of strawberries and cream. On the palate hints of toffee apple and citrus with a creamy mouth feel.
