The palate has a rich start, really moves out well, runs with thorough, sunswept content, the finale layered, and lip smacking. Its depth indicates la table, dishes such as lobster on the menu. It combines its fat with sound freshness, so is harmonious around its centre.The aftertaste is buttery.
Glistening straw-yellow. Vibrant, mineral-accented orchard and pit fruits on the highly perfumed nose, plus a suave floral nuance that builds in the glass. Shows impressive depth as well as energy to the fresh, densely packed orange, pear and nectarine flavors, which are supported by a spine of smoky minerality. The floral note comes back strong on a sharply focused, impressively long finish that leaves a chalky mineral note behind.
