Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec are blended to deliver a perfectly balanced wine. The palate is ripe and juicy, filled with raspberries and cherries. The sweet fruit flavours are complimented by vanillin oak to provide layers of complexity.
Still bright colour. Zema is Coonawarra's long-term consistent producer of this blend. This is elegant to the point of understatement, and equivalently balanced. In the final analysis, it lacks that last 5% to get it into gold medal territory.
