5 different clones of Tempranillo plus 5% shiraz Cold soak for 4 days, hand plunged in open fermenters. 10 to 14 days on skins. MLF in barrel.
The wine is from a mild vintage and consequently the aromas tend towards more red florals, red cherry, blueberry, raspberry, mulberry and a mix of wild herbs, spice, liquorice and sarsaparilla. The palate is smooth with juicy red and black berried fruit, cherry pip, dried herbs and spice flavours, showing medium density and fine, dusty, mouth-coating tannins. Enjoy now and for at least the next 8 years.

Hand-picked with the inclusion of 5% shiraz, 4 days cold soak, open-fermented, 14 days on skins, 15 months in used oak. A complex, medium to full-bodied tempranillo with greater weight and complexity than most, including black and purple fruits. Drink by 2030 Special Value
