The aim for this sauvignon is not only to be aromatic but also to be minerally and slightly savory. It is elegantly full-bodied as well as vibrant and long acidity.
The nose shows complexity, intense aroma of tropical fruit, elderberry flowers, citrus fruit, sage and tomato leaves. The palate is crisp, bright with a strong and long aftertaste.
It goes well with aromatic and spicy starter; creamed vegetable soup; asparagus; dishes base on eggs and shellfish.
