The nose is on aromas of white flowers (honeysuckle, acacia) and yellow fruits, with mineral notes. The expression of the wine is always balanced with a silky texture and fresh fruit, without any heaviness with a saline finish.
Age of vines - 60 years
100% fermented barrel; 100% malolactic fermentation. Aged 12 months in 228L French oak barrels. Batonnage once every 10 days for 9 months in aging on fine lees.
