This is aromatically pretty similar to the En Cailleret if perhaps just a bit riper, with a hint of mineral reduction. I very much like the mouthfeel of the medium-bodied flavours that display a lovely compromise between richness and precision, all wrapped in an energetic and refreshingly dry, clean and lingering finale. This could use a bit more depth but that should develop with time in bottle. Sweet spot outstanding.
