90/10 ratio with 8 day fermentation on skins then pressed to tank. Matured in barrel for 18 months (10% new). A darker black-fruit profile, with savoury olive tapenade characters. The fresh acidity keeps the palate bright with great tension. This wine shows the soil profile of the region well with a graphite minerality character.
Bright, full crimson-purple; an object lesson in ripeness fully realised at 13.5% alcohol, the brightness of the fruit flavours and mouthfeel the result.
