The palate shows good breadth and depth of flavour with delicate citrus fruits threaded by chalk and minerals. Delicate yet powerful, the palate is lifted by a line of squeaky clean acidity, that carries the flavours onto a long refreshing finish.
Pure and bright, the inviting bouquet shows green apple, lemon/lime peel and white floral characters, leading to a delicate yet persistent palate that is finely textured and brilliantly focused. The wine offers terrific concentration and flow, finishing impressively long and mouth-watering.
