The DJW vineyard of 3,500 vines produce fruit with a vibrant juicy fruit (like the chewing gum) character in addition to bright citrus flavours.

Hand picked at peak ripeness the DJW grapes are chilled in our winery cold rooms before whole bunch pressing takes place in our small 30 year old Diemme press.

The DJW Riesling presents exceptional value for a 100% hand harvested single vineyard Polish Hill River riesling with an impressive track record.
