Notes of peacherine, honeysuckle, melon and white grapefruit with subtle oak spice. Pristine flavours of nectarine, sweet citrus, vanilla bean and lemon sorbet. Lingering and vibrant acidity with a long finish of bright citrus and seashell minerality. This is a wine of elegance and finesse.
Perfumed and spicy, white fruit, biscuits and mixed citrus, slight stuck match. It’s flinty and fresh, the texture and gentle grip something of a highlight, green olive and brine, lime juice and spice on a long and clear finish. Flavour and energy. It’s a fine thing to drink.
