Medium-depth purple/red hue. The aromas are fresh and grapy, fruit-driven and youthful, with attractive raspberry and sweet spice nuances. The wine is medium to full-bodied, with abundant firmness on the long-lasting finish and a note of brandied cherry coming through in time. It's very varietal as well as generously flavoured and structured. It appears to have good cellaring potential. (500 dozen made) 15 OCT 2020 Drink 2021–2035
