A classically styled nose reflects plenty of Chablis character with its white orchard fruit, citrus and ocean breeze nuances. The racy, intense and well-detailed flavors are clean and quite dry though not really austere on the ever-so-slightly warm finale.

The 2019 Petit Chablis (négoce) exhibits aromas of fresh bread, oyster shell, dried white flowers and citrus zest. Medium-bodied, taut and chiseled, it's saline and intense, concluding with a marine, classically Chablisien finish.

Half the grapes come from Lignorelles, the rest are scattered including Sur Les Clos. Pale primrose, appealing crisp fruit, even a little box bush, an edge of sucrosity, but stays in balance, some coconut, impeccable balance, only a touch fleshier than usual, and with a fine long aftertaste.
