Lime, white flower perfume, a dusting of pepper and spice, green apple. It’s quite tight, but has an approachable nature, lime zest and green apple, stony and lightly chalky, frisky but flavoursome, with preserved lemon and pith running on a long finish. Delicious wine. Has grip and energy, and a subtle come-hither personality.
