Brick red in colour with youthful crimson hues.Multilayered and intense, with attractive flavours of cherries and blackberries, subtle leafiness and hints of emerging cigarbox combining on the nose, further enhanced by smoky oak char.
Pitch perfect with seductively polished tannins, dark fruit flavours and textural consistency, with juicy cassis, bell pepper, and lingering oak persistence.
Some (unspecified) new technologies employed with traditional methods. Basket-pressed, each parcel matured in new and used French casks (unspecified), for 16 months. Tangy cassis and fine, but persistent, tannins give the wine texture.
