(Re-tasted) Light straw-yellow hue, with a pungent parsley and basil chopped-herb aroma, some kaffir lime leaf emerging. It's soft and fruity on the tongue, assisted by the merest dab of sweetness which renders it more accessible, then crisp acidity chimes in and cleanses the finish.
