100% whole bunch ferments in small open fermenters for 14 days with pigeage; pressed and taken to French oak (30% new); on lees for 11 months. The whole bunch character comes through very strongly to shape both the flavour and texture of the wine, which is intensely aromatic, but also shows its low alcohol. More in your face than Block F, and may split opinions. Whichever way you go, this is a wine of character. Published 25 July 2014
