Small (0.5-1t) open fermenters, plunged daily or rack and return, matured for 24 months in French oak. Deep and healthy crimson-purple colour; the overall character of the wine suggests ‘Barossa' includes the Eden Valley, regardless of which, it is highly polished ‘old money'. Every facet of the wine exudes calm and understatement, supple plum and blackberry fruit, pepper and spice, tannins akin to the engine of the Rolls Royce Ghost.
