Chalky mineral aromatics with lemon and lime. A tight knit acidity, chalky mineral flavours coming though on the palate. Acidity is long and fine with a steely structure and long finish.
Equal thirds Frankland River, Porongurup and Mount Barker fruit. Piercing intensity on the palate which spears the tongue with acid, citrus fruit and blossom. It then glides over the rest of the mouth leaving bursts of flavour in its wake. Stopping short of fearsome (only just) this has latent power and structure to spare. It will evolve for decades in your cellar.
