The 1700 metres above sea level offers cold winters and warm summers with high temperatures during the day and cool nights. During the vegetative season there is a difference of temperature between day and night of around 15ºC. This allows great expression of colour and tannin development.
The Cabernet was 100% aged in French Oak for 12 months and further aged in bottle for 10 months prior to release.The wine is intense Ruby Red with Black tinges. Big fruit flavour with intense cassis, red fruits, smoke and cloves. Soft rich tannins provide a gentle finish. Goes great with grilled and BBQ’s meat.
