Barrel aging 1/3 neutral French oak, 1/3 New French oak, 1/3 stainless tanks 1/3 went through malolactic fermentation.
The 2017 Chardonnay is another terrific vintage for this cuvée and it's a year in year out value. Ripe apple, green citrus, and hints of spice all define the bouquet, and it's rounded and supple, with plenty of fruit as well as balance. It's a no brainer purchase as well as a great introduction to the wines from The Hilt and Jonata.

The Paring's 2017 Chardonnay is a pretty, open-knit wine to drink now and over the next few years. Tangerine, butter and light tropical notes give this Santa Barbara Chardonnay lovely nuance and character, especially within its peer group.
