A very subtle pinot noir with a hint of minerality on the nose alongside the delicate red fruits aromas. A serious tannin structure that somehow feels gentle. A crisp and dry finish with a lot of complexity. Better from 2019, and there's at least a decade of aging potential. Made from organically grown grapes.
