Light straw colour, with restrained but clean, fresh, talc and pear-like aromas, a trace of almond, the palate shape soft and pillowy, rounded and pulpy yet properly dry. A deliciously drinkable white wine that would suit many lighter-flavoured foods from fish to poultry.

This Bianco is a blend of Friulano (52%), Verdelho (22%), Albarino (12%), Chardonnay (7%) and Riesling (7%) from the Alpine Valleys (82%) and the King Valley (18%).
Aromatic and bright, with a soft palate and great flavour intensity. Pale Straw
Vibrant citrus and stone fruit with savoury notes of thyme, rosemary and oyster shell. The salinity follows through on the pallet and pairs nicely with fine texture and a slight creaminess owed to time on lees.
