A textural expression, green mango, light green honey notes, some oaty-oatmeal characters too. Feels very ‘delicious’ generally though it’s a richer style of white wine, opulent in a way, commanding a need for food alongside but has a moreish ripple of acidity that keeps you hounding at the glass anyway. Decadent and delightful.
