A pale straw-green hue is a prelude to a riesling of crystalline purity, shot with the hallmarks of lime, lemon and Granny Smith apple, tinted with exotic nuances reminiscent of guava and star fruit. Bright Tasmanian acidity accents a long finish, marked by grainy phenolic grip, which a lick of sweetness is insufficient to calm.
