A long, cool ferment over 2 weeks. This is awesome. Such density of flavour on the palate; mouth-coating intensity – it's almost painful. An absolute burster for the price. It'll drink beautifully right now, and it will still be going in a decade hence. The saline acidity leaves a quest for more in the mouth. Yes.

This Riesling has a powerful aroma, with a mélange of tropical fruits, the essence of lime and brown lime cordial. On the palate, there is gentle intensity of lime and citrus notes and a beautifully balanced finish, with lovely natural acidity.
