The classic sparkling wine of northern Italy, made with grapes from the hillside vineyards in the Treviso region, using the Charmat method, whereby the wine is allowed to ferment in a steel autoclave, achieving its spritz while maintaining a youthful fruit profile.
Prosecco is the number one selling Sparkling Wine in the world (above Champagne). It is lighter and sweeter in taste.
Pasqua Processo is bright straw yellow colour, with faint greenish tinges. The nose is gently floral, with a mixture of peach, pear and tropical fruit notes. Subtle aromatics of grilled hazelnuts, crisp green apples and melon. The palate is lively and well-balanced elegant wine. Lightly off-dry, for a refreshing, easy-going flavour. An ideal aperitif wine, it goes well with appetisers, white meats and fish.
