Perfumed and spicy, white fruit, biscuits and mixed citrus, slight struck match. It’s flinty and fresh, the texture and gentle grip something of a highlight, green olive and brine, lime juice and spice on a long and clear finish. Flavour and energy. It’s a fine thing to drink.
