Pink grapefruit and citrus hits you right off on the nose, a lovely mix of sweet and tart. The silkiness of the palate becomes clear from the mid palate onwards and the Sémillon is very much dominant in terms of texture and succulence. Residual sugar 135g/l. 3.73pH. Drinking Window 2022 - 2042

The 2019 La Tour Blanche was cropped at 6.87hl/ha through 3 tries in the vineyard between 18 September and 21 October. It has a well defined bouquet, perhaps less ostentatious than some vintages but replete with honey, quince and saffron aromas. The palate is fresh on the entry with lemon rind and orange zest. Tangy marmalade and walnut notes bring up the rear. Excellent.
The 2019 La Tour Blanche is laced with the essence of tangerine oil, apricot, passion fruit and pineapple. Medium in body, radiant and inviting, La Tour Blanche is quite overt in its flavor profile, yet it retains a mid-weight sense of structure and depth.
