Inspired by the great white wines of the Old World, this Chardonnay saw 40% whole bunch fermentation, resulting in wonderful fruit complexity.
The wine exhibits floral and citrus fruit characters with excellent minerality, structure and texture.”

Light yellow hue. Dusty earth and buttery poached stone fruit aromas, showing some early development. It's lean and taut in the mouth, very dry and savoury, with reserve and tension, leading to a very dry, sapid finish that lingers on well. This is reserved and seems slow-developing, with lots of underlying complexities.
