This wine is a pale straw in the glass. On first approach, orange blossom opens up to regional Watervale musk with grapefruit lemon tart citrus aromas. Well weighted limey fruit driven by zingy acid. Generous with a pithiness that lingers in a good way. Somewhat racy and tightly wound at the moment but will develop more depth and complexity with time.
