A vibrant wine with tropical fruits abounding. Similar flavours run through an elegant, harmoniously smooth, refreshing and subtly complex, crisp palate.
Hand-picked when very ripe, 70% fermented in tank, 30% in used barriques with specialist yeasts, matured for 8 months. Gold medal from the Six Nations Challenge held in Australia a just reward for a wine that pays no attention to Tasmania's reluctance to produce good sauvignon blanc.
