Classic Canberra Riesling aromatics of lemon and lime are overlayed as young wines with apple blossom and kaffir lime, developing into cumquat and apple crumble with 10-20 years bottle age. The palate is dry and focussed with minerality from the quartz & shale soils at Bungendore.
Gorgeous drinking. Orange and lime flavours, juice and blossom, burst through the palate in fabulous style. There's spice, there's fruit sweetness, there's flavour-drenched acidity and very good length.
