The 2017 Etna Bianco is a blend of 70% Carricante with 30% Catarratto. Compared to many of its peers, this expression from Graci offers more textural richness and fruity volume. The bouquet delivers stone fruit, honeydew melon and candied lemon peel. This was a hot vintage, and that extra intensity is apparent here.
