This quality wine was produced on a certified Biodynamic, Carbon Neutral and naturally powered estate. The grapes were harvested from the prime selections of the eastern blocks of the Mangan vineyard. Excellent growing season with good spring rains. This vintage is a blend of 51% Petit Verdot and 49% Malbec. It was naturally fermented, basket pressed and then matured for 7 months in equal portions of new and seasoned French oak.
54% malbec, 46% petit verdot wild-fermented and matured in French oak for 5 months. It dwells in the depths of black and purple fruits wreathed by tannins and earthy/charcuterie. The relatively short time it spent in oak is interesting.
