A single vineyard wine from Chard Farm’s Parkburn’s Viper vineyard. Nice purity with red cherry, raspberry, violet and mineral flavours. An elegant, restrained Pinot Noir with subtle power and obvious potential. Fine tannins give a drying finish and contain fruit flavour.
MK II is a vineyard in the Parkburn district of Central Otago. An elegant, supple and perfumed wine with red fruits including strawberry, raspberry and red cherry plus a hint of violets and a subtle backbone of steely minerality. The wine shows lovely purity and energy. Good cellaring potential. 14 JAN 2014
