Certified organic, the 2018 vintage (4*) is an 'uncomplicated' red from Fromm that 'can be drunk young and slightly cooler'. Grown and hand-harvested in Marlborough, it was fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled without fining or filtering, with 'minimal sulphur at bottling to ensure stability'. Bright ruby, it is a generous, supple red, fresh and lively, with strong, plummy flavours, showing some complexity, and a smooth finish. Already delicious."
