Deepest red with a vibrant purple hue. Beautiful aromatics of violet, dark rose, freshly cracked pepper and boysenberry. Wonderful fruit purity on the palate balanced with precise acidity and fine, dusty tannins for a long, elegant finish. Cellar it 7 to 12 years from vintage. Drink it with lamb and venison dishes.
Medium deep crimson. Fresh peppery aniseed, blackberry aromas. Inky textured wine with supple dark berry fruits, fine grainy tannins and underlying mocha oak complexity. Tannins build up at the finish but the sweet fruit follows through giving length of flavour. .
