Estate-grown, single-vineyard, biodynamic-certified wine made from 85% Chardonnay and 15% Sauvignon Blanc grown on gravelly loam over clay. The wine has a deep gold/orange color due to skin contact. It displays notes roast apricot with herbaceous characters on the nose followed by a rich textural palate of ripe fruit and a herbaceous finish.
