2018 Jasper Hill Georgia's Paddock Shiraz Organic 375ml, Heathcote

Vibrant magenta colour typifies this wine as a classic Georgia’s Paddock Shiraz from a great vintage. Always delicious and approachable upon release, backed up by great cellaring ability if you wish. Ripe red raspberry and blackberries, purple plums and very complex spiciness fills the big palate that follows through on to the characteristic, supple yet assertive tannic finish, balanced by impeccable, racy natural acidity. The 15.5% alc/vol is so well balanced it doesn’t show!
