A plot planted in 1933 by the late Guy Moreau, this has a finer edge and a more chalky, reserved feel than the regular bottling of Vaillons. The palate has a glossy and gently pithy feel and a fuller finish. Drink on release.

Here too there is a deft application of wood influence to the cool, pure and ripe floral, white pepper and quinine-scented nose. The energetic middle weight flavors are not quite as concentrated as they usually are, indeed they're lilting and elegant, before terminating in a refreshing saline-infused finish.
