Pale straw colour. Lime juice and orange blossom aromas fill the glass and are backed by hints of lavender.
Generous and succulent front entry to the palate, with lime juice and grapefruit characters giving that richness. The tight acid structure provides great focus to the wine and fantastic length. Enjoy this wine now with fresh seafood or cellar for at least 15 years. Enjoy this wine now with seafood, or cellar for at least 10 years for it to show some great aged Riesling characters.
Impossible not to admire this wine's intensity, purity and length. That would be more than enough but it has a pleasing textural element too. Lime leaf, juice and blossom characters are the delicious drivers. Length of the finish is quite something.
