Even though this is one of the negociant wine of Meo Camuzet, the Meo Camuzet team picked the Chardonnay grapes from Saint Romain, grapes are crushed then fermented in barrel. Good richness and leesy flavours. Slightly bigger bodied than the Hautes Cotes de Nuits Blanc, good acidity, body and fruit profile. Drinking nicely already.
A discreet application of wood sets off the fresh and airy aromas of green apple, floral and soft citrus elements. The racy, intense and nicely mineral-inflected flavors terminate in a delicious, dry and clean finale.
